ExperienceLabs

A world where intelligence becomes part of every experience

The Experience Labs is Cobi’s research initiative exploring how experiences unlock value when AI understands the moment, the need and the relationships beneath visible customer behaviour.

AI is beginning to shape the experiences around us.

The challenge is that it does not yet understand what those experiences mean to us.

We are building the missing layer between behavioural signals and human connection.

Through research and experimentation, we study the commercial data points, patterns and moments that reveal what people value, what they need, and how their relationship with a brand changes over time.

So that brands can create experiences that are not only more personalised, but more useful, relevant and valuable to every one of us.

Reimagining culinary experiences for the Middle East’s most prestigious events

From the Dubai Rugby Sevens to major golf tournaments, no two occasions bring together the same people, appetite or atmosphere.

Emirates Flight Catering begins with a catalogue of more than 16,000 dishes. The real work is deciding what belongs: reading the crowd, understanding the occasion and turning extraordinary scale into one coherent experience.

We are going inside how data, operational knowledge and human judgement shape the menus behind some of the region’s biggest events.
